(1) Sales Support

Which payment methods do you accept?

The secure Paypal portal accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

What is your shipping method?

All sales are processed online and you will receive an email within 24 hours of purchase if purchased during a weekday and up to 48 hours if purchased over the weekend.

Why is there a delay in receiving the Financial Statement file?

Each financial statement is personalized with the name of the person completing the form. This process is necessary for copyright protection and is subject to our strict privacy policy and terms of use.

Can I get an invoice?

On purchase,

  • the person completing the purchase form will receive an email receipt from Paypal confirming the payment and an email from Disclosure Clinic confirming the order is in process.
  • the person receiving the financial statement will receive a welcome email with directions on what steps to take while the order is processed and when to expect the next email.

What is your refund policy?

Because this product is an electronic PDF file, all completed sales are final and non-refundable. However, if, for any reason, you want to cancel your order after purchase, you can do so by using our contact form or sending an email to support@disclosureclinic.com. We check for these emails before processing orders and will send you a confirmation email that the order was canceled. Your full purchase will be refunded to you.

(2) Product Support

I can’t type both letters and numbers in cells. Is this on purpose?

Yes, to ensure the accuracy of calculations, you can either type numbers, which will automatically format to a number with two decimal points, OR letters, to allow entries such as TBD, TBA, N/A, and so forth.

Why are my entries coloured red, even if they are not negative?

Cells that calculate will format a negative number in red with parenthesis. If you delete the negative number, the red formatting will remain until a new positive number is entered. Delete the current contents of the cell, type in any positive number, and the formatting will revert to black text.
